Items used in all arrangements are subject to their availability. DCCFlower reserves the right to replace any item with another of equal value depending on availability.

Items or products purchased for delivery during Valentine's Week (10 Feb to 14 Feb) have to be ordered from out Valentine's Category. Orders made for delivery between 10Feb to 14Feb from non Valentine's day category are subject to additional charges.

Filling out of the order does not mean an order has been accepted.

Please provide all details in the order form to avoid unnecessary delay.

DCCFlower reserves the right to verify and check the authenticity of any orders should we suspect any potential fraudulent credit card payment. Hence, information of the sender must be genuine and the phone numbers must be contactable. DCCFlower will not be held responsible for the delivery of the purchased item(s) should information given by the sender is invalid. DCCFlower will report all alleged fraudulent cases to the POLICE.

DCCFlower will not be responsible for any delay in delivery. Please provide at least a 4 working hour range for delivery. However, we will try to accomodate delivery at exact timing as far as possible.

We do not ship or deliver 'Add-on' items only.

Items on special offers are not eligible for further discount.

Prices: All our prices are nett inclusive delivery.

Cancellation of Orders: We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed delivery date. We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is submitted & paid by the user.

All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.  In the event of a complaint, please email the picture of the product within 12hours from the time received.  DCCFlower promises to look into each case and reserves the right to the conclusion.

Once the order is delivered or collected, the order is assumed completed. We will not accept any order which has been delivered or collected for re-packaging or delivery or re-delivery.

Confirmation of Orders: We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the user within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. It is the responsibility of the user to call DCCFlower should the user is in doubt of his online purchase or transaction or payment.
