All our fresh flowers are delivered in Singapore only at this moment.
We provide 24hrs delivery and same day delivery service subject to whether flower is available.  For same day delivery, pls call us first to check the flower availability and time possibility.

Payment
For order online from our website www.dccflower.com, we accept credit card, debit card to our Paypal account. 
Or you may transfer to our DBS current account no.: 066 90 14104
Or DBS, POSB iBanking. 
At our flower shop, we only accept cash or nets.

Delivery

Restricted Places and Sentosa
We provide 24 hours delivery in Singapore only but we do not deliver to any restricted areas like Airport restricted areas, Jurong Island, PSA Ports and Army Camps, etc. and any company with restricted entry for personal delivery.  If customers do not know the address is restrict area or customers do not inform us the address is restrict area or we also do not know the address is restricted area, then the driver just knows the delivery address get restricted entry when he arrives, our driver will contact the recipient to collect flower from the gate where our driver can only reach the address.  If the recipient can not come to pick up the flower or our driver is instructed by the receipient or customer to send it again in another time to same address or  to another address, the extra delivery fee will be incurred and how much is depended on the time and location.   To Sentosa or any place which need to pay entry ticket, we’ll contact customer to pre-pay the ticket fee to us before we arrange delivery if the order has been already made online. We prefer our customers to call us for special delivery place and occasion before order to avoid any delay.

Same Day Delivery
For same day orders, please call to check flower and time availabilities.  As our website does not allower same day delivery, we will special send you a payment link to pay.  Please SMS your email to HP: 9107-1099.   IMPORTANT:  For the same day delivery flower may have diferent side flowers or be replaced main flower or changed flower color subject to our stock available flowers based on what we have at the day. 

Home Delivery or Nobody at Delivery Address
For home delivery please make sure anyone will at home to receive the flower during the delivery time period.  If our driver arrive, but nobody at home or at the address you give, our driver will contact recipient or sender.  If both recipient and sender do not answer the phone, our driver will leave the flower in front of the door or gate.    DCCFlower is not responsible for any unsuccessful delivery if the recipient is not at the location at the time of delivery;  DCCFlower is also not responsible for lost of flower if we have no other choice but just leave the flower outside the door or gate in such occasion.  Please be noted, to ensure the recipient’s address get someone who is able to or help to receive the flower !  Additional delivery fee (how much depends on the location and time and any special request)  will be charged if customer request to send to another address or take back to our shop after our driver has already arrive the address sender gives on the order.
